Como fazer um pendrive bootavel do Windows no Linux?

Bom dia ou Boa noite, queria saber como fazer um pedrnive bootavel do windows no linux. Ja tentei o comando do DD e não foi. Tentei o woeusb da esse erro :

Eu sugiro você baixar o WoeUSB, serve pra criar pendrives bootavéis com isos do Windows no Linux.
