Erro linha 55 mal formada

Oi galera, tudo bom?

Sou iniciante no Linux, uso o Ubuntu 10.4 LTS. Fui tentar instalar o java, não deu certo e agora sempre que tento abrir a central de programas e o gerenciador de atualizações aparece o seguinte erro: E:Linha mal formada 55 no arquivo de fontes /etc/apt/sources.list (análise de distribuição), E:A lista de fontes não pode ser lida.'

O que fazer pra resolver esse problema?

Olá boa tarde tudo blz? vamos lá, faça o seguinte, entrei em modo texto ctrl+alt+f2, faça o seguinte, digite vim ou vi /etc/apt/sources.list, copie e poste arquivo o conteudo do seu arquivo, grande abraços, aguardo contato. fique com DEUS.
