Problema com mouse no Debian 9 [RESOLVIDO]

Olá.
Estou tendo um problema: O mouse fica travando quando eu movo o cursor e digito simultaneamente, o que atrapalha especiamente em jogos FPS. Isso acontece nas minhas duas máquinas (as duas tem Debian 9 com KDE) e em um computador de um amigo (Debian 9 com XFCE), sendo assim, não é um problema do KDE. Isso não acontecia no Ubuntu 18.04 nem no Windows 10.

Meu mouse é sem fio, mas tenho esse problema em todos os meus mouses (menos no touchpad). Não sei se é um problema no software ou no hardware, já que tenho 3 USBs e um deles está queimado, e eu uso o USB 2.0 para o mouse.

Aparentemente resolvi o problema instalando e executando o pacote mouseemu.
