Programas e Atualizações (software-properties-gtk )

Galera, Boa noite!

To tendo um problema com o software-properties-gtk pq ele não tá abrindo eu já removi e instalei novamente e nada funciona e sempre q tento abrir pelo terminal aparece o seguinte:
