como baixar programas num computador sem internet? [RESOLVIDO]

eu queria saber como baixar programas de um computador e passar para o outro sem internet, já baixei vários programas no baixaki e nenhum funcionou

A pergunta deve estar mal formulada, pois seria impossivel baixar um programa da internet sem internet, a não ser que voce tenha um servidor de arquivos na sua rede local, e faça o download diretamente dele, para copiar arquivo de um computador para o outro, aforma mais facil seria o pen drive, lembrando que os programas de windows são diferentes dos programas do linux.

vc quer transferir arquivos de um PC para outro?
Se ambos os PCs estivem com GNU/Linux, instale o ssh, inicializa o serviço em ambas as máquinas, loga e copia usando scp por ip interno das máquinas na rede.
Veja
logar na máquina, que deseja transferir um arquivo para outra máquina
#ssh user@ipinternodopcqvaicopiar
digita a senha do user, e logará em outra máquina

ae navega até o diretório, onde esta o arquivo, que deseja transferir para outra máquina.
#scp <arquivo> user@ipinternopc: /home/$USER/

o computador com internet ta com Windows e o outro tem Ubuntu e está sem internet.

pelo que entendo, vc não tem rede em um dos dos dois comps, portanto, não vejo outro jeito.

baixe os pacotes no comp onde tem internet, salve-os num DVD ou pendrive, depois copie no comp sem rede, e dá um duplo clique neles,

não use os do baixaki, use os de ubuntu, formato DEB, baixados de um espelho Ubuntu, e'mais pratico.

se o comp hospedeiro não tem rede, só há como transferir via cabo, mas se podem ser interconetados via cabo, mas fácil compartilhar a net entre os dois.

outra coisa, se forem programas de windows, eles não vão rodar em ubuntu.

Entaum se vc estiver usando o ubuntu, vc tera um programa que se chama synaptic, e com ele a instalaçao de pacotes eh graficamente

nao consegui, eu baixei o programa no windows mas quando eu clico no executavel ele inicia o programa e fecha automaticamente. O que eu faço??

clique com o botão direito do mouse num dos arquivos .DEB que está tentando instalar, veja em propriedades, permissões e veja se esta tudo em "ler e escrever"

no synaptic, tb dá como falou o rodolfo

coloque todos os .deb que vc baixou em uma pasta separada e va para o linux

aew vc vai abrir um terminal (modo de texto) e vai para essa pasta com o comando

cd /destino/da/sua/pasta

e jah na pasta vc digita

sudo dpkg -i *.deb

esse comando vai instalar todos os deb que estao nesta pasta, junto com as dependencias

Cara, eu entendi seu dilema, passei por isso qd iniciei.
Seja mais especifico, diga qual programa vc quer instalar, coloque o link da pagina do Baixaki aki pra galaera ver as possibilidades, a principio saber realmente se é deb ou naum.

A questão primaria é q no linux alguns pacotes exigem dependências, ou seja, outros pacotes adicionais, por conta disso, o ideal é q vc pegue os pacotes no "cache do apt" de outra maquina com Ubuntu que tenha baixado e instalado o aplicativo q vc quer, e, a partir daí copiar para a maquina sem internet e instalar com o comando passado pelo colega acima (sudo dpkg -i *.deb) - onde todos os pacotes copiados do citado cache devam estar na mesma pasta.

eu ja baixei esse pkg-config e instalei mas continua dando erro quando eu tento instalar o Gimp
