erro conversão mencoder no centos 6.5

alguem sabe me dizer porque este compressão do mencoder para em 17%?

Estava utlizando os comandos do mendoceder segundo o link que vi aqui na comunidade e deu este erro.Ja tentei a opção que esta escrito no descrição de ajuda.Mas não funcionou.
