Criar conexão banda larga no Librix
Primeiro faça o logon no Librix como root.
Clique no Menu K | Acessórios | Konsole ou CTRL + ALT + F1.
Digite o comando:
# adsl-setup
Irão aparecer as seguintes mensagens para configuração:
Welcome to the Roaring Pinguim ADSL client setup. First, I will run somechecks on your system to make sure the PPPoE client is installed properly...
Looks good ! Now, please enter some informaration:
>>>Enter your PPPoE user name (default):
Após essa mensagem insira o e-mail fornecido pelo provedor do cliente, depois pressione enter e após isso aparecerá:
INTERFACE
>>> Enter the ethernet interface connected to the ADSL mode for Solaris, this is likely to be something like /dev/hme0
For Linux, it will be ethn, where 'n' is a number (default eth0): Após essa mensagem pressionar enter.
Do you want the link to come up on demand, or stay up continuously?
If you want it to come up on demand, enter the idle time in seconds after which the link to stay up permanently, enter 'no' (two letters, lower case) Note: Demand-activated links do not interact well with dynamic IP addresses. You may have some problems with demand-activated links
>>> Enter the demand value (default no):
Após essa mensagem, pressione enter.
DNS
>>>Please enter the IPaddress of yours (SP's) primary DNS server. If your ISP claims that ' the server will provide DNS addresses, enter 'server' (all lower-case) here. If you just press enter, I will assume you Know what you are doing and not modify your DNS setup. Enter the DNS information here.
Nesse momento insira o endereço de DNS primário fornecido pelo (Speedy, Vivax, Ajato, etc) e pressione Enter.
Please enter the IP address of your (SP's) secondary DNS server. If you just press enter, I will assume there is only one DNS server.
>>> Enter the secondary DNS server address here:
Inserir o DNS secundário fornecido pelo (Speedy, Vivax, Ajato, etc.) e pressione Enter.
PASSWORD
>>>Please enter your PPPoE password: Inserir a senha para conexão fornecida pelo provedor.
>>>Please re-enter your PPPoE password: Inserir novamente a senha para conexão fornecida pelo provedor.
FIREWALLING
The firewall choices are:
0 - None: Desabilita o Firewall
1 - Standalone: Estação de trabalho
2 - Masquerade: Gateway para Internet
>>> Choose type of firewall (0-2): Inserir o numero zero (0) para desabilitar firewall de conexão.(Por padrão o Librix não vai com nenhum Firewall instalado).

Ethernet Interface: eth0
User name: E-mail do cliente
Activate-on-demand: No
Primary DNS: DNS primário
Secondary DNS: DNS secundário

Congratulations, it should be all set up!
Após a confirmação da mensagem "Congratulations" execute:
# adsl-start
(para iniciar a conexão com a internet)
# adsl-stop
(para encerrar a conexão com a internet)
