esse código é seu ? vc que criou?
pois parece que ele é todo em inglês, você fez isso
de propósito ou é uma cópia?

Faltou um pedaço de código para que o calendário torne-se funcional.
Adicionar o seguinte código antes do primeiro echo:

$month = $_GET["month"];
$year = $_GET["year"];
