Estou tentando instalar o elgg no meu servidor usando apache+mod-userdir+mysql e após digitar os dados para acesso ao banco de dados, o erro do assunto é mostrado. O log faz referência ao arquivo .htaccess. As permissões do home são:
Dono = usuario
grupo = www-data (apache)
