Acabei de testar em um CentOS7 / HTTPD 2.4. Copiou o conteúdo inteiro?

Teste a sintaxe:

# httpd -t

Eu quando instalei o httpd eu liberei a porta de coneção SSL (Https)
pode ser que esse seja o problema?

No apache 2.4 bastaria a configuração:

Require all granted 

Qual a versão do apache?

Adicionar o "index.php"

# vim /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf

De:

    DirectoryIndex index.html

</IfModule> 

Para:

<IfModule dir_module>

DirectoryIndex index.html index.php

</IfModule> 

# systemctl restart httpd

Bem, agora quando entro no mesmo aparece isso:
http://vps.gamercraft.com.br/phpmyadmin/
só entrar no site e ver

Esse erro

Cannot serve directory /usr/share/phpMyAdmin/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive 

Só deu porque tentei entrar pelo link mais adicionando o index.html e depois o index.php
