Quando dou apt-get update da erro e fica atingido!!!

Já está certo, o apt-get não está apontando nenhum erro aqui (somente avisos normais, informando o que está "acontecendo"); para ter certeza de que está funcionando, é só tentar instalar alguma coisa por ele, um apt-get install abiword, por exemplo.


NOTA:
Você usa sudo somente quando estiver logado como usuário normal; quando já está como root, não é necessário (sudo = SuperUserDO; estou avisando porque quando respondeu a minha pergunta, você estava usando sudo como usuário root);

LEMBRE-SE:
usuário@hostname:~$ = usuário normal
root@hostname:~# = super usuário (root)

Amigo, agora o negocio ficou assim!!!!!! e não instala mais nada e nem coloca repositorio

Não deixe nenhum PPA!
Depois atualize: update e upgrade
