Instalação do libxml2-2.9.4

E ai, pessoa, bom dia

Eu estou tentando instalar o pacote chamado libxml2-2.9.4, mas ainda nao obtive sucesso, pois sempre ocorre um erro em:

libxml.c:14:20: fatal error: Python.h: No such file or directory
