Atualizacao linux11 debian/gnu bullseye

Comprei um Laptop ideapad gaming3i linux, estou iniciando na programacao porem nao consigo fazer atualizacoes em meu SO.
quando digito no terminal c/ ``root apt-get upgrade && apt-get update`` ele da o seguinte erro, ALGUEM PODE ME AJUDAR COM URGENCIA??
