Problemas com cache squid3 [RESOLVIDO]

Bom dia a todos,

Estou com um problema em meu squid3 depois de muito suporte do VOL consegui finalmente fazer o squid3 trabalhar com cache, e controlar os acessos a sites indesejados, agora preciso de cache de vídeos e downloads, pois tenho uma lan house isto vem comprometendo meu tráfego de internet.
Meu squid 3 está fazendo cache de algumas paginas e imagens visitadas e controlando os acessos, se alguém puder me auxiliar fico muito grato, pois este é meu primeiro contato com o linux e tenho muito a aprender.

Estou trabalhando com uma maquina exclusiva para proxy

processador P4 ht
Ram 1,5Gb
Hd 80 Gb ( 50 GB dedicado ao cache)

Sistemas:

Ubuntu 14.10
Squid3
lamp
Webmin

Fico no aguardo de comentários e sugestões para tentar sanar meu problema, pois pesquisei em vários foruns e nenhuma das soluções apresentadas resolveu esta falha.
