POSTFIX não manda emails externos

Bom galera bom dia,

Estou tendo um problema com o postfix que estava perfeito até eu instalar o clamav + amavis, parou de funcionar, removi toda configuração de amavis e clamav e não sei por qual motivo, meu postfix agora consegue mandar e-mail externo e interno , mas só consegue receber e-mail interno.
Não consigo receber e-mail externo (hotmail, terra, etc...) nem a pau.

Por favor alguém poderia me ajudar??
