atualização do postgres 9.1 para 9.3

Pessoal, boa tarde...

Alguma vez alguém já usou o pg_upgrade????

Eu estou tentando usar aqui , mas está dando o erro

Eu já mudei nos configs do postgres a porta, mas mesmo assim dá erro....

Você já passou por esta situação???
