proftp com ldap nao funciona

Acabo de montar o Ldap e o proftpd , roda tudo perfeito no ubuntu server

O problema e que nao consigo que o proftpd auntentifique os usuarios do ldap

Tambem to usando phpldapadmin pra adminitrar os usuarios do ldap .

Deixo o meu archivo de configuraçao do proftpd
