Funcionamento da antena wireless no Debian Squeeze [RESOLVIDO]

Boa tarde pessoal!
Recentemente instalei a nova versão do Debian em meu notebook(LG R410) que possuo um placa wireless RaLink RT2860, quando executo o comando LSPCI a placa é exibida normalmente, porém não consigo enxergar e nem me conectar as redes a minha volta. Fiz um teste usando o rwindows no dual boot e verifiquei que ele encontra as redes a meu redor. Poderiam me ajudar a solucionar esse problema?

1) execute o comando 'lspci'.

$ lspci

linha que nos interessa (exemplo):

12:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4313 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Controller (rev 01)

2) verifique se há no 'sources.list' em '/etc/apt' a seguinte linha (ou similar):

deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ squeeze main contrib non-free

Pode ser com o repositório brasileiro também, não há problemas, desde que esteja com 'contrib' e 'non-free'.

3) execute o comando 'aptitude update && aptitude upgrade' caso você altere o seu sources.list:

# aptitude update && aptitude upgrade

4) instale os pacotes 'firmware-brcm80211', 'wireless-tools' e 'network-manager-gnome'

# aptitude install firmware-brcm80211 wireless-tools network-manager-gnome

5) agora removeremos e subiremos o módulo do wireless:

# modprobe -r brcm80211 ; modprobe brcm80211

6) se tudo ocorre bem já subirá sua internet sem fio pelo 'network-manager' no painel. É só digitar a senha de sua rede e pronto!

OBS: Mude o driver referido para sua placa identificada.

No seu caso no item 4 você em vez de instalar o pacote 'firmare-brcm80211' como no exemplo, instale o firmware-ralink
