tl-wn822n + kali + VMware

Boa tarde Pessoal,

Tenho uma placa usb tl-wn822n e não estou conseguindo fazer ela subir na minha VM com o Kali, instalei os drivers da tp-link no windows e quando compartilho a plaquinha com a VM a mesma é reconhecida pela #lsusb, mas não consgo iniciar a placa de jeito nenhum, tentei ifconfig, iwconfig, ifup e nada, não sei mais o que fazer, até tentei baixar uns drivers ath9k_htc, mas não deu em nada, segue os comando abaixo:
