Liberar msn

Senhores,
Não estou conseguindo liberar meu nsn, meu firewall esta assim:

Qual destas regras eu edito ou apago?
Obs: quero libera-lo apanas para minha maquina.

Olha vendo assim por alto primeiro te dou uma dica se você for mostrar o firewall ou mande o comando
iptables -nvL para aparecer somente os ip's e não os nomes e outra tenho quase toda certeza que o erro está nesse reject que tah na chain de Foward
