Seguinte tentei instalar o liddvdread vcs sabem pra que ai tive a seguinte menssagem que fazer.

Você precisa do compilador gcc. Você pode baixa-lo neste link:

Use o Yast para instalar o compilador gcc, assim ele se encarregará de suprir todas as dependencias desta instalação. Depois disso vc poderá compilar o referido pacote q tanto quer, ok?
