Estou tentando por 2 ips em uma maquina virutal do VMWare, faço uso do CentOS 7.2, tentei utilizar ens32 e ens32:0 porém não obtive exito, então resolvi configurar 2 placas para a mesma maquina, que até então foi o que deu mais certo. Configurei tudo certinho ao meu ver, mas quando dou o comando ifconfig aparece isso:
