Fiz CACA no ubuntu [RESOLVIDO]

Oi gente, hoje fui querer dar uma de ATUAL e selecionei uns negócios pra atualizar no ubuntu
que ta nesse link
http://www.guiadohardware.net/tutoriais/ubuntu3/pagina3.html
Numa dessas eu selecionei o arquivo .gpg e selecionei essas outras opções
http://www.guiadohardware.net/tutoriais/ubuntu3/pagina4.html de atualização, depois disso o synapt não abre, o gerenciador de atualizações tbm não abre, da o erro :

E: Linha mal formada 55 no arquivo de fontes /etc/apt/sources.list (tipo)
E: A lista de fontes não pôde ser lida.
Configure as opções de repositórios para corrigir o problema.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.



e o outro erro é no gerenciador de atualizações que é esse erro:
Não foi possível inicializar as informações do pacote

Um problema impossível de se resolver ocorreu enquanto inicializava as informações do pacote.

Por favor reporte esse erro do pacote 'update-manager' e inclua a seguinte mensagem de erro:

'E:Linha mal formada 55 no arquivo de fontes /etc/apt/sources.list (tipo), E:A lista de fontes não pode ser lida


Solução ? !!

Aplicações -> Acessórios -> Terminal

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

verifica a linha 55 deste arquivo e veja qual é o erro...

fora as linhas que começam com deb
o resto deve vir com o # na frente.

se tiver alguma duvida poste o conteudo do arquivo .. para a gente te falar o que deve fazer...

o que tem na linha 55 do seu arquivo /etc/apt/sources.list ??

posta ai q a gente já arruma isso pra vc!

Legal gente, vou marca como resolvido, mas todos vocês deixaram uma ótima resposta, agora não sei qual de vocês marcar como melhor resposta, e outra coisa, quando eu abro algum vídeo ou audio, trava tudo, não consigo digitar, não consigo abrir nada... Alguém sabe ? rs...
