OCS agent 2.4.0.0 não inventaria no servidor OCSNG (Ubuntu Server 18.04.02)

Pessoal,

tenho um servidor OCSNG 2.4.1 em um Ubuntu Server 18.04.02. Instalei o agent ocs em um computador (Windows 10) e gerou um erro no log:

Mesmo completando a instalação, essa máquina não subiu no meu servidor.

O que eu verifiquei até o momento:
* No meu servidor, o arquivo de configuração do ocs server está configurado com minha base de dados, usuário e senha;
* Consigo me conectar nesse servidor com minhas credencias de banco de dados;
* Me certifiquei que o computador cliente (windows 10) tem todas as permissões pra instalar o agent;
* Outro teste que eu fiz foi apenas instalar o agent... sem apontamento nenhum pra servidor ou algo parecido... next, next... mesmo erro
