Necessita instalação de pacotes não confiáveis . Como resolver? [RESOLVIDO]

Eu preciso instalar o openGL entre outras coisas, só que não consigo instalar e nem atualizar nada.

Aparece a mensagem :: Necessita instalação de pacotes não confiáveis.

Já tentei pesquisar, mas só falam de um tal de source.list que não sei o que é muito menos onde fica e como edito. Estou no Linux a 3 dias, mal sei os comandos do terminal. Como resolvo, vai ser difícil, eu preciso com urgência do openGL.

Vá em: sistema>administração>Canais de Software. Deixe exatamente como na imagem abaixo. Na aba 'Outro Software', marque a caixa: 'Parceiros da Canonical' e 'Independente', feche e se pedir para recarregar, faça.
Se não recarregou, no terminal copie e cole esse comando: sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade <enter> ,tente instalar o aplicativo.

Se não conseguir, no terminal aplique: sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
Insira sua senha de 'root' quando pedir, vai aparecer o editor de texto Gedit com a lista de repositórios. Copie a lista e cole aqui.

Não tem canais de software no menu administração, se tem eu não achei, mas consegui pelo terminal.

Qual a versão do Ubuntu? Se for a versão 10.10 não está habilitado.

Pessoal, sou novo com linux.Estou aprendendo aos poucos, estou com problema para atualizar pelo terminal.
Não consigo me "livrar" da maldita msg: Necessita instalação de pacotes não confiáveis.

Não sei o que vou fazer..
