Não consigo instalar ou atualizar via terminal. [RESOLVIDO]

Olá, tudo bem com vocês? estou com problemas ao tentar instalar qualquer repositório no meu Xubuntu, quando tento instalar ele demora e nunca começa e quando utilizo o comando "sudo apt update(também com o upgrade)" aparece o seguinte:

Já tentei seguir soluções de vários tópicos diferentes e nada, desde já, grato.

Os três últimos repositórios estão c problema. Desabilite-os.
