galera instalei o drive da NVIDIA e tudo certo..


mas ai so foi eu entrar no X, assisti um video no youtube e ai BOOM derruba a X..

troquei de interface grafica e mesmo assim ta derrubando..

revisei e reconfigurei o Xorg. e mesmo assim nada..

O seu xorg tá tentando carregar tudo quanto é tipo de driver, desde vesa até o nouveau do Ubuntu, uma porcaria 2D.

Baixe o drive do fabricante
Dê boot em modo texto
Instale o drive do fabricante.
http://www.nvidia.com.br/Download/index.aspx?lang=br

Tem que ser um driver só , faça um backup do xorg deixe o nouveu e apague o resto. Tem até driver intel carregando.

Por algum motivo o driver do "nvidia" NÃO INSTALOU.

cara entao.. desinstalei o slack14 64 e instalei o 32 no lugar..


configurei tudo de novo desta forma:


instalei o drive NVIDIA de acordo com as dicas do forum..

configurei o Xorg

mas quando eu vou vou instalar o flashplayer da pau..

eu coloco a libflashplayer dentro do /usr/lib/firefox-21.0/plugins

e ai ainda diz que nao esta atualizado..

se eu a coloco dentro do /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins ele da esse PAU de derrubar o servidor X (xorg)

outra coisa.. mesmo apos instalado o drive eu rodo o glxgears e da esse erro:

esses xorg, vc os fez manualmente ou são automaticos?

, seu sistema deve ter varios drivers juntos, tá conflitando, pq ta tentando carregar tudo, junto tem zilhões de monitores juntos...

acha 6, 7 placas de video, seu sistema.

quantas placas de video tem, só dá para usar junto se forem uma intel e ua nvidia (com bumblebee) ou se forem placas uma PCI e a outra AGP,em SLI.

tirou os drivers nv e nouveau, antes de colocar o driver proprietário?

cara so tirei o nouveau, e instalei o NVIDIA conforme essa dica aqui:

so tenho 1 placa de video q é essa geforce 630m


so baixei o drive no site da nvidia e instalei..
