Ae lcavalheiro.
Minha máquina está um pouco amaldiçoada, fui ligar esses dias e literalmente saiu fogo dela, fiquei preocupado com o gnome-system-monitor não mostrar atividade dos outros núcleos, achei que poderiam ter torrado. Usando o livecd do Debian 8.7.1 vi que está tudo normal, então deve ser algum bug mesmo no Fedora 25.
O /proc/cpuinfo dá um pulo do primeiro núcleo para o 5.
